ABOUT INDUSTRIAL PARK
Industrial Park “ENERGY” is defined by the initiator (Mykolaiv City Council) equip territory, where enterprises can work and receive state preferences..
The decisions taken by Mykolaiv City Council:
- Land plot is allocated – July 17, 2018, No. 40/13 “On approval of the land management project regarding land plot allocation in Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv”.
- In fact, an Industrial park was created – July 17, 2018, No.40 / 10 “On the creation of an Industrial park “Energy” and approval of the concept of its development”.
The territory of the future industrial park is located within the territory of Mykolaiv. This is the district of the outskirts of the city, between Samoilovicha Str. and Olesia Olzhycha Str., perpendicular to Ternopilska Str.
The total area is about 36 hectares.
On the adjacent plot, with an area of 17 hectares, there is a solar power station with a capacity of 10 MW. For today, a land allotment project has been developed.

TYPES OF ACTIVITIES FOR WHICH BENEFITS ARE EXTENDED
Privileges according to the Law of Ukraine “On Industrial Parks”
- Tax exemption by import duties on equipment not manufactured on the territory of Ukraine.
- Cancellation of share participation payment in the development of the city infrastructure.
- Support of the equipment foreseen by the law on the State Budget of Ukraine for the appropriate year – interest-free loans, targeted financing on irrevocable basis for the industrial parks equipment are provided. It is possible to use “Public-private partnership”.
Other privileges for investors
- VAT exemption (import or supply of the equipment, alternative fuel production equipment, equipment used for the reconstruction of the existing and construction of the new biofuel production enterprises, production and reconstruction of the technical and transport vehicles for the purpose of biofuel consumption, as well as technical and transport vehicles, including self-propelled agricultural machines working on biofuel).
- Installment for VAT payment (import of equipment for wood processing).
- Tax exemption by import duties (equipment that works on the renewable energy sources, materials, raw materials, equipment and components to be used in the production of alternative fuels, energy saving equipment and materials, means of measuring, control and expenditure management of fuel and energy resources, materials, raw materials and equipment used in nanotechnology industries or work with the use of nanotechnologies).
